Complaints Procedure
We strive to ensure that there should be no time that you should have any cause for complaint in relation to the service which we provide to you. In the unlikely event that you wish to raise a complaint or have any other concerns with regard to the service we have provided you may submit a formal complaint to ourselves and the complaint will be fully investigated on your behalf. The complaint may be made by letter telephone, email or in person. The complaint should be made to one of the directors. We reserve the right to decline to consider a complaint which is made more than 6 months after you became aware of the cause of the complaint. Once the complaint has been submitted to our offices we will forward a written acknowledgement of the complaint within 5 business days of receipt of the complaint and we will provide to you with the name and title of the individual who will investigate your complaint on our behalf Within 4 weeks of receiving the complaint we will either provide you with: By the end of 8 weeks after receipt of the complaint we will forward to you one of the following: Claim with us Ltd is Regulated by the Ministry Of Justice in respect of Regulated claims, management activities and our registrations is recorded on there. *Charges may be applicable in exceptional circumstances |
